WTF?

There hasn’t been a post on this site since July?  What is the deal with that?  How are we supposed to build up a reader base if we don’t post anything??

Anyway, I just bought myself a new Macbook, and now that I have a functioning 2 key, I’ll be posting more frequently.  Problem is I’m not getting internet access in my apt until December 5th, so I’m not fully there yet (I’m currently writing this at Annie’s apt).  I also bought Apple TV cause I can use it to play my iTunes song on my TV speakers, which are sick!!

I’m going to have to cut this post off cause I need to go into the office soon (I have a call that starts at 3:30, bahhh!)

I’ve made new headway in my quest to fix up our dining room.

Over the past two weekends I’ve managed to paint my dining room in swatches of roughly 6 different colors. This made my dining room look really great for a while, as you can see in the photo below…

Until finally we came across a winner!

It’s called Meadow and it’s perfect! The whole room is painted in it now but I still have to finish out the trim and finish scraping the popcorn ceiling. I started on the ceiling yesterday and got about 1/4 of it done. It is sooo messy and a ton of work, but it make a huge difference in the space. Now I just need to keep going until its done. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to set aside some time this week to finish it up.
